Thanks for sharing. It means thats confirm that even gambling time is over now. Cut the long story short, are you guys are willing to fight this case as I am thinking now to start some practical work. Please all the people who are willing to go for judicail review reply to the post so we shape up our next move.

Brother there are 5 people in facebook page, now the vision is more clearer, I am in the middle of firing away my Set (lr) and Mrs FLR (FP) application and ll put my full attention to this matter along with you guys later on.

i got my ILR on the basis of long residence in april 2014.my wife and 2 kids still have teir 1 general depandant visa untill dec2015.now i would like to apply flr m visa.
i was listening one solicter program on tv he said your dependants must switch to new visa in 28 days. is there any problem if i apply their switching now.

On the FLR(M) form guidance notes (Page 2), it is mentioned as -

You must not use this form to make an application for an extension of stay in the following
categories:
• As the partner of a serving member of HM Armed Forces under Appendix Armed Forces of the
Immigration Rules. You must complete form FLR(AF).
• On the 10 year Partner route under Appendix FM of the Immigration Rules. You must complete
form FLR(FP).
• As the partner of a person granted indefinite leave to remain in a work route, if you are currently in the UK as their dependant.

So according to the second point, the dependant of 10 year ILR or SET(LR) applicants cannot apply using FLR(M) but FLR(FP) ? Please clarify guys.

FLR(M) is fine if the dep meets the English and Financial Requirements.

Die Hard bro u truly gave me a heart attack OMG!! Back to my senses n reading the guidance notes.

Here's what I understand: FLR M is for applicants whose spouses got ILR through SET LR 10 year long residence basis. (And the form is also for other categories mentioned in guidance notes)

FLR FP is for 10year settlement route based on family route /parent route. Those who can't fulfill financial requirement of FLR M also need to use FLR P. (And the form is also for other categories mentioned in guidance notes).

Amber or Seniors please comment!!!
