Can you submit new application if appeal has been submitted?

Post by bobbytender » Wed Aug 27, 2014 9:07 am

I have a question

if wife's settlement visa to UK has been refused this month, and an appeal is submitted this month.

Is it possible to submit a new application in the next few months whilst waiting for the appeal hearing date?

Since appeals are said to be taking 12 months, i wanted to check.

If its the case a new application needs to be made whilst waiting for appeal date, would it mean having to inform them to widthdraw the appeal before reapplying?
