HSMP FLR Doubts - Job Title,

I have a few doubts about the HSMP FLR form, and was hopeful that some of the veterans out here may be able to advise.

1. On page 1 of the form, question number 4 says : "Your reference". What is my reference?
There is some small print below this field: (See paragraph 23 of the Payment Guidance Notes). However, paragraph no 23 doesnt shed any light on "Your Reference"

Can someone explain please?

2. Question no 15: Your Job Title: I am currently on a student visa. I have completed my PhD. Although I have been offered a job, I have not taken it up, since I need to get my HSMP processed first. What then should I fill into this field? Can I say Student ?

3. Question no 17: Your Home office reference number (if you have one): Should I fill in my Student visa number here ?

leave empty column 4 on page 1,on job title u dont have job so leave empty that also,just where they ask u current status write student,
and u r right put ur student visa ref number in home off ref number,i do that get flr stamped,
same to u.
i dont have flr form infront of me but much sure wat i m telling u.dont worry apply,u just need to have uk degree from a uni along with funds.FLR IS so easy.
