Hi Jay,jay_p2013 wrote:Hello Everyone,
I applied for my ILR on the 10th of September. I still haven't received my acknowledgement letter. Would anyone know what might have caused the delay? Should I be worried about it as I need my documents back by the 1st of March to fly back home. Will appreciate your advise.
Hi SpatacusSpatacus wrote:Hello yousafzai, you are welcome to the forum. To be honest with you, applications are dealt with according to individuals case's however it appears that some June application have been considered as well. I will suggest you should give them a week or so then call them again if nothing happens.yousafzai wrote:Hi all

I have just received my ILR TODAY THIS MY TIME LINE
Application - 9th of June
Invitation for Biometric -24th of June
Approval - 22nd of Sept
hi austin100austin100 wrote:Apologies forum, I wasn't to sure of how to add my time line on Google drive.
My case was straight forward. Although I had one refusal, which was not my fault. It an error from the Home Office.I requested for my passport in June 2005, and they cancelled my application in error, which I had to reapply and my leave to remain has expired. Eventually, I went to appeal court which I won.
So, I wrote a covering letter to explain to the case work that I have one application in the last 10yrs which was refused due to error from the Home Office.
