Tier 2 (General)- Changing Job- Form question L10 query ??

Hi,
I am currently a Tier 2 (General) visa holder currently in the process of changing jobs. I have found a new job, given my notice at work and am currently serving the notice period.

I am now applying for a new Tier 2 (General) visa using a new CoS assigned to me by my new employer. I am still employed at my old workplace (by the employer who assigned me the CoS used for my current visa/BRP) until my notice period ends. I am confused about what to write for question L10 on the visa application form:

L10. Are you still working for the same employer as you were at the time of your last grant of leave ?

Yes, I am still working for the same employer (serving my notice period) who sponsored me for the CoS and my current Tier 2 visa. But, this application that I am submitting is for a new job with a different employer using a new CoS assigned by them. So, in the next section on the form (section M), I will be using a new CoS from the new employer. So, should I write Yes on the form or No.

Also, in the question C3:

C3. Do you have any passport or travel document which contains a previous grant of leave or which you used when you last travelled to the UK ?

I have already entered details of my current passport in question C1 and am enclosing it with the form. I had used this passport in Oct. 2013 when I first applied to switch from Tier 1 (PSW) to Tier 2 (General) using a CoS from my current employer.

Now, I am applying for a new visa using a new CoS from a new employer.

Should I enter the same passport's details again here as it is linked to my current visa/ BRP or select No as I currently have a Tier 2 (General) visa/ BRP but it is not my previous grant of leave ? My previous grant of leave was Tier 1 (PSW) which I had applied for using an older passport in Jan. 2012.

L10 is for Intra Company Transfer. See the help text in page 55 of the form. For Tier 2 General you have to answer L9

Yes, but after L9 it does not say to "go to next section", so I thought I also need to answer question L10. Is that the case or is L10 only for ICT applications ? Kindly let me know.

I am in a different position. My contract is ending on 7th October and I have not extended that. I will be working for a new employer with same subcategory. My new CoS start date would be 8th October. In it that case if I apply for Visa in mid October, do I have to tick YES or NO in L10? If I tick NO, is it going to affect the outcome of the visa?

For L20, the answer in my case is "Yes" as said by Manci.

You should write the details of the passport which contains your PSW stamp.

I will be enclosing my current passport and BRP that has my current Tier 2 (General) leave (from Jan. 2014- Jan. 2017) on it. I have entered it's details for question C1. I will also submit my old [previous] passport and have provided it's details as well under question C1. That old passport was used for my old Tier 1 Post Study Work (PSW) visa which expired in Jan. 2014.

So, for question C3 on the form:

Should I fill out my old passport's details again here as that passport had my previous grant of leave (though the PSW leave was "on" the old BRP) ? However, the "last passport I used to travel" abroad for a holiday and return to UK was in April 2014 and it was my current passport and BRP (under Tier 2 (General) leave) ?

So should I select "No" or write my previous passport number again here (as it was used to apply for my previous leave: PSW) or write my current passport number again as it was the one last used to travel to UK.

Please let me know ASAP. Thanks.
