I am getting this error message

Hello,

I have applied through NCS on 20.10.14 I was assured by NCS the application will be received by the home office next day. I check the track and trace but getting this error message. The problem now I have is I have been out of the country for two weeks from 24.10.2009 (that is 5 years before)

I have just received an email from the NCS stating that they had trouble scanning the tracking number which they have noted on my receipt, they decided to go with another number which they haven't conveyed to me. My application has reached the UKBA on time.
