Date of receipt of acknowledgement: 15/07/2014
Date of receipt of approval: None
Date of receipt of documents: NA
Date of receipt of registration certificate: 23/10/14 (dated: 22/10/14) [waiting for 2nd child certificate]

Please advise if it is common to get certificates at different time for joint application? I called HO on 24/10/14 I was told the 2nd certificate was issued sameday I'm sill waiting, please advise me what can I do. Cheers
