Regarding NCS appointment

Post by luckylondon » Mon Nov 03, 2014 8:40 pm

HI, I will be eligible for Naturalization on 20th December 2014.......but the problem is Birmingham council have dates only upto 19th December and after that Holidays....upto 5th Jan 2015.

Is it fine if I book my appointment on 19th...???? or HO can send my application back because its one day early.
Please suggest me....some solution because i cant wait for 5th January as I had planed some travel after application submission as early as possible.

19th Dec is Friday ..so if you book appointment with NCS on that day, UKBA will most likely receive your application the following Monday or Tuesday ...so looks fine to me.

It's the day that your application is received that matters, so book for the 19th. Check with the NCS when you book but usually your application is sent next day delivery. Obviously if it's same day delivery then you have a problem.

NCS won't offer or accept the application unless all the conditions are meet by Home Office ....so cant even apply one day before. Need to wait for the time period to be completed.....confirmed with NCS

Thanks

I think it should be all right. You are British citizen now and your certificate proves that.
I am sometimes wrong.
