WithDraw application, ILR refused

Post by indiangardner » Tue Nov 11, 2014 2:33 pm

Hi Everyone

Is it possible to withdraw an ILR application which has been refused?

I had applied an ILR but don't qualify, totally the wrong application, A decision was given by the Home Office, I was refused and my valid leave to remain had expired, I was asked to leave the UK.

Please could any one advice, If withdrawing an application will take away the results from this application.

Thanks for your help in Advance.

Why would you want to withdraw an ILR application (nearly a year) after it was refused? Especially when the refusal did not prevent you from obtaining PR.

I don't think that you can withdraw a decided application.

However, the application and its refusal had made no difference to your legal status under the EEA regulations.
