my wife's visa has been rejected on not meeting the financial requirement of 18,600 per annum.
i have been to india for 3 months ie april may and june for my marriage, after returning back to uk i went for ILR which been granted on 5th september 2014.during the months i been in india i got paid for my overtime and holiday allowances , MAYpaid 182 pounds and june i got paid 327 pounds as my salary,
with my wifes application i have submitted the recent 6 months payslips from March- August 2014,with the company letter stating my empolyment status and joining date (IT DIDNT MENTION MY ANNUAL SALARY ON IT) and my designation.
i have provided the 6 months bank statements as salary proof from dating 14/03/2014 to 01/09/2014, these dates cover all my 6 months salary pay dates. IN THE REJECTION HE MENTIONED THAT I HAVENT PROVIDED THE REQUIRED 6 MONTHS BANK STATEMENTS
with the salaries i provided for that 6 months he calculated my annual salary as 13198.57 and REFUSED THE APPLICATION
THEY MENTIONED RIGHT TO APPEAL ON SECTION 82(1),
CAN YOU GUYS PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHETHER I SHOULD APPEAL AGAINST THE DECISION OR MAKE A FRESH APPLICATION ALLTOGETHER
MANY THANKS,
prawin
