Wow guys,
It seems they have sped up. I could have received mine if I wasn't so silly to forget to send my maternity paper.
I already sent it back on Friday with Saturday guarantee delivery which they haven't done it. I presume they will do it tomorrow. So I really hope I will get mine next week and I can book my ceremony before I am leaving for Christmas.
I want to ask if anyone knows is there a time limit to book a ceremony after you receive your approval? I am going to be away for 10 weeks so I really hope I could do the ceremony too before we leave.

I received my approval sometime from Friday to Sunday dated 15 November 2014. Good luck to everyone else waiting.

My letter says you have 21 days of the date of the letter to contact the council to book the ceremony. I hope they send your approval before you leave for Christmas break so you can get your ceremony booked.

I am just so angry at myself. I dont know how I could have been so silly to forget that letter. But now I just wait. Cannot do anything else

After how long it was taking to get fees taken/ack letters sent, the speed of the approvals is astounding!

They have kind of reached my date of application now in the dashboard, so I am hoping mine too will be speedy and not follow the slightly scary EU/EEA delay examples we have seen over recent months.
