ILR Dependent Visa information help

Hi,

I am currently on Tier 1 general Visa due to apply for ILR in March2015, my wife has recently came to UK in Feb 2014.

Do I need to apply for ILR dependent?
Does one year tier 1 dependent visa duration period consider for her IRL?
or Should I need to apply for Tier 1 general visa dependent?

She will apply Tier 1 G dependent extension until she qulify for ILR after 5 years continues residence.
