Extending spouse visa in uk

Post by Nad6 » Sun Jan 18, 2015 5:53 pm

Hi just wanted to know when i apply for my husbands extension visa for 2.5 years more via FLR (M) can I combine his salary and mine to meet the the £18,600 or does it need to just show my salary meeting that?

Also if I have a child born in the UK will the financial requirment increase to £22,400 or sill be £18,600 as child is British?

Lastly does maternity statutory pay count as income?

Thanks

Yes your spouse earning can be added provided it was earned lawfully, with lawful leave to remain.

Your maternity pay will be taken into account.

You British Child will not be added.
