HSMP Refu points sed: Please Help

Hello All,

I received the refusal etter today due to the reason that my Masters Degree is not equivalent to UK Masters.

I did my Masters from Symbiosis (Full Time) which is a deemed university. I graduated in the year 2005. Recently as per the UGC recomendadation they changed the name of the awarding body from Symbiosis to Symbiosis International University.

I even got the NARIC comparision but HO stated NARIC onsidered the awarding body as Simbiosis International University.

Can anyone please guide me for the review.

Hi,

I'm not sure but I think you can do in review.

just explain properly that university name has been changed. also, will be a plus that you can get a letter from your university that name has been changed and there may be more evidence like some newspaper reference or so... but the problem is that you can't submit new evidence in review.

Normally, if you get NARIC comparability letter then you should get point on degree. The point here I think that They r not sure that "Symbiosis" is the same with "Symbiosis International University" so all your review should explain this.

But U probably aware, the problem with review is that U will not be able to submit new evidence.


If U r sure that they make mistake than go for review.
