URGENT!! 28 days overstay query for ILR

Hell friends..

I have a lot of unanswered questions at the moment & i would really appreciate all your help. My Employers sponsorship got revoked on 5th Jan 2015 and according to the policy guidance the 60 days are getting over on 6th March 2015... I didn't get the curtailment letter. Ive got a new sponsor and he has placed the advertisement for 28 days.... so

1) Can I apply for my visa after the 60 days are over? Wont I be an illegal after the 60 days and face deportation?
2) Should I ask my lawyer to apply for getting the curtailment letter from UKBA?
3) Will I be able to apply after 28 days from 6th March 2015? And will this 28 days overstay have any effect on my 10 years Long term Residency?

What should i do guys? Should I just leave the UK or do I still have a chance for my 10 yrs ILR

1. If you have not received curtailment letter from HO stating your start date of curtailment, then no need to worry. Your 60 days starts from the date of decision taken by HO, not from your last day of employment.
2. Not required. But if you want, you can. Usually, now a days it's taking time to send curtailment letter by HO. Sometime, months. But make sure HO has your current address.
3. you can apply within 28 days overstay period, but you will not get right to appeal.
