. I went for my ILR appointment 3 days ago 25/03/2015 exactly 28 days for my Tier 1 visa to expire and it was successful, my Biometric card arrived on 27/03/2015 (48 hours later).
This is my experience
My application was straight forward payslip only.
My appointment was 11:30am but I got to Lunar House, Croydon at 10:45am and we manage to enter.
10:45 - Entry and Airport style security
10:55 - Case Pre-check and Token number assigned
11:10 - Case registration
11:25 - Bio-metrics (finger scan & picture taken)
11:35 - Bio-metrics check on police data base against offence
11:45 - waiting consideration
12:05 - Under consideration
01:25 - A call from case worker
01:45 - Ready for collection with approval letter.
Case worker called and asked the following question;
• About my dependant (wife) because she applied separately through postal last time (2013 extension), she wanted to know why she didn’t apply with me this time again, I told her she is pregnant and we planed to send her application through the post. She then asked again if this is going to be our first baby, I said no we have a son and she asked why my son name has not been included in my application, I said he has never had any passport and my plan is to register him as British citizen after today.
• Case worker also inform me that my income is lower to what I claimed last time, during my tier 1 renewal in 2013, I claimed 40 point on (£37,000.00) and now I am claimed 35 point (£32,500.00), I told her that I had extra income through self employment last time but I now work as full time employee. She said none of this question will affect my application, she just want some clarification.

1- Bio-metric card
12- Month Pay slips (Case worker only took latest 3)
1- Employer letter
1 - P60 - case worker returned it
1- LIUK test certificate - case worker returned original
1- Degree certificate - case worker returned original

1- Employer Vacation leave details
2- Address Proof - case worker returned it
3- PBS print out - case worker returned
4- Proof of maintainers
5- Council tax bill
6- Marriage certificate
7- Recent water bills
8- Tenancy agreement
9- Joint account statement
10- Letter from UKBA for last FLRM
