URGENT SET (LR) ,Continuous period broken ???Amber/vinny plz

Hi

I have a big isuue which is cliked to my mind and circles rounding but no solutions.
I have 10 years completed in feb 2015 straight 10 years on student visas

Came to this country in feb 2005.

Theres is gap in my one visa start
Issue sep 2010 _ expires 31 march 2012


Now i only have issue is my visa was curtailed on 12 july 2011 i was in uni then appeal lunched and appeal was successful on 3 September 2011 because genuine circumstances.

I was waiting ukba confirmation letter or any thing by post from 3 September 2011 but it was 4or 5 months gone i wrote letters to ukba and phone contacted they just said wait and write them a letter. I did that i hve sent two letters but no results no sound.. so i start applied few university places then as i was aware my visa was still in hand i didn't submit that curtailed BRP to ukba so expiry date was 31 march 2012 . So i applied in april intake in university and i got visa then till last no any problems.


So from this Gap 3 sep 2011 till 31 march 2012 is this is a problem ??

Or i am assuming after winning appeal UKBA put back my expiry at same orignal expiry. .what ever was on it...???

Gurus please advice i have broken any continues period or not i haven't applied any visa or any thint till 3 sep -31 march.. but got visa new easily after 31 march 2012.

You maybe fine by virtue of section 3D. It will be wise to order SAR file before proceeding to SET (LR).

I am looking to apply SAR file form NOW i found big empty boxs in this form
asking required data reauest.. what should i write here to get my 10 years continues broken details or history record or not etc...??

Secondly i can remember little bit that one of my 3rd extension of my visa i applied 1 or 2 days late i was terribly sick and i wrote letter to ukba then i got visa extended like on normally time period so I can't remember the date but roughly 30th September was last date of visa expiring nd i applied 2 days overstayed so then visa issue date showing me on brp is 29th oct so is this any serious problem??? Like period broken etc.. ?

i am worried about soo much please help me on here.

When i applied for my SAR in 2013 in the form there was a box ALL DAT HELD BY UKBA.

I ticked that one.

If u acknowledged that u overstayed 2 days than u must declare it and the reason.

When i requested my SAR i was shocked to see one application 9 days out of time. But got visa in total 16 days. SO total 25 days. which is under 28 days.

Some people says if your application is out of time than HO calculate all the time u spend without visa in your case its 29 days.

Thanks for reply. I m looking to apply for SAR and yes SAR FORM IS CHANGED NOW i think you talking about 2014 version but its some how options change which is not difficult.

And i wish all things goes fine i am not sure and not remem
It was 2 applications out of time or one can't remember but i already mentioned in SET LR AND already posted : (
