Naturalization form - Tax office query

Hello,


does anyone know - in the 'tax office address' - which address is required? Is this for income tax? And if so, where would one find it?

Also, does anyone know if the change of title on my payslips would affect my tax reference / home office decision in any way? (i.e. my new company had put me under miss rather than ms and i didn't think much of it, until now. But the tax code /frame hasn't changed)

Your HR department can give you the details, alternatively you will find it on your P60.

Title on payslip won't make a difference.
