I received acknowledgement letter on 09/05/15, but no biometrics letter so far... I am not sure is it lost or I don't need one, I vaguely remember on the guidance I read that If I did one before I don't have to do it again, they will send me the old one until I got British passport, something like that, but I haven't saved the pdf of it, can anybody clarify on it, because I applied on 9th and only realised the form had changed when I try to print a page again on 07/04, I noticed Biometrics thing is the only difference and I went to the guidance and had a quick read of it.

Did you fill in the updated version or you used the old one ?
If you have applied after 6 april 2015 you had to use a new version of form AN ... pay the new fees and have to enroll biometrics again even if u have submitted previously with your applications .... you must have read the old guide aswell where it says u dont need to enroll ur biometrics...

I think you will get soon..
If you won't receive by tomorrow, then try to contact HO regarding ur bio letter.. Bcoz they r giving 15days only to give biometric by issued date..and your letter issue date should be 5th may

I used the NCS service at Camden (London) where they only took photocopies of my passport + RC + PR + MBA degree and its transcripts + current employer status letter and they sent the original LIUK test result with the new version AN application form to the home office at Liverpool.

I am not sure what you mean by asylum, overstay or illegal if you are EEA national or spouse of a EEA national.

Hi Guys, I still not received the Biometrics letter, so frustrating, I tried to call them but they won't anwser the call if application was made within 6 months. I also emailed them but the reply will take up to 20 working day. what shall I do... Any suggestions...?
