Marriage lasted 6 years
lived in uk 4 years
my ex refused coopertive
sent as much as decuments i got with assist from this forum hope got it soon.

Process through lawyer, sent enough evidence with a good covering letter ,My ex is cooperating and provided me her all the orginal p60s and payslips plus 2 photographs,Hope will get ROR with out any delay and interview. As I already had one home visit and interview when I applied for my first RC,

I have submitted 3 years docs of my ex-wife treaty right untill dicorce student + worker

all payslips, contract of employment
student uni letter and csi etc
my payslips and contract of employments (jobs)
divorce cert
2 photographs of ex-wife and passport and driving lic photocopy

my passport and photographs.


have you heard anything from HO yet regarding RC? or interview?

i have requested my passport back to renew it as it gona expire in two month .
ur case straight forward as u send treaty right from dicree absliute to nisi so its only time for u

Take heart Maxmelion. Your RC will arrive when ready. I sent my ROR in on 10th January. In fact, I was worried about interview and what not. But I relaxed although visited this forum everyday for some comfort.
I received my RC last week, still in a state of disbelief.
It was so smooth and hussle free.
May God repeat this with yours too.
