I have a child arrangement order, placing my grand daughter with me, i applied for an ILR for her and she has since been given, i want to know if i can apply for British citizenship straight away or i have to wait for sometime, i forgot to add that my grand daughter is just 3yrs old, and what form would i have to fill in order to apply for her citizenship?

You can apply through Form MN1 according to this link also please read this link although personally I see that since child is settled in UK, and is just three years old, using same consent forms/court orders should suffice and you should not have any problems, I'd simply book NCS and apply.
