Can i become a dependent?

Hi all,

I am in uk from last 5 years and i have applied for flr (o) which was refused and at the moment i am in appeal process waiting for my hearing date, i just married last week and my wife is tier 4 general student in university doing level 7 course and course is 2 years long, can i become her dependent??

If then how can i apply because i am in appeal??
