Assistance in filling vaf1 form for EC

hi to all,

iam going to apply EC for me,my spouse & my kid this week.

when filling the vaf1 form for dependant what should be filled in Section 1
Q : what type of visa?
ans: HSMP-Dependant (in others right)
Q:5.3 why r u going to uk?
ans: ------------------ (what should be written in this, as my spouse is not going to work)

for filling dependant form whether to fill the pesonal details only or to fill the section 1 -sec 6 as in the general guidance.
* if to fill the sec 1-6 then what to be fill in
6.8 do u receive income from any other source?
6.10 how much money is available for stay (for this same as the main applicant right)
6.10 who is paying for the trip?(main applicant or spouse)

* is it enough to fill the section 1(what typr of visa) & 2(about u) for applying one and half year kid .

one more doubt
when applying for EC, should all of us(myself ,my spouse & kid) to be present at vfs or the main applicant is enough. particularlly should i bring my kid to vfs?
