tier 1 ent. initially refused in jan-2013 with right of appeal, then FTT asks HO to re consider the application under old rules.wow99 wrote:When was your tier 1 ent got refused?
initial ent. application refused in jan-2013, FTT JUDGE asked home office to reconsider under old rules.sushdmehta wrote:Date of refusal of appeal?
Date of FLR(O) application?
It was still an out of time application, so it would be very unusual for it to have appeal rights if refused. Imagine: a person could live continuously in the UK for decades if this was the case - they could continue to put in frivolous applications and pursue them all to appeal...zazine5 wrote:initial ent. application refused in jan-2013, FTT JUDGE asked home office to reconsider under old rules.sushdmehta wrote:Date of refusal of appeal?

Only if the FLR(O) is successful, and even then you will have a gap.zazine5 wrote: thank you physicskate :
so if flr o is refused with no right of appeal and if i make another application ,, will that time count towards lawful residency ?
