Yeah we've meet in person since 2011 and we have some pictures together also, emails before and some bank details as well. I earned £16000 if i got an OT i can get £18000.
Yeah as far as I understood he will go home after 6 months but then can he still apply as my dependendant right after he get back in the philippines right?

I actually deleted my post when I realised you're here on a Tier 2 visa. I believe you could apply for a marriage visit visa, but he would have to return to his home country to apply as your dependant. Check the financial requirements:

But I guess the OP wasn't satisfied.


That said, what I have failed to understand in either of the topics is the objective - ..... "fiance wants to come to UK to marry" or "fiance wants to come to UK to live with the OP" or "fiance wants to marry in UK and then also live with the OP in UK"?

The easiest way (and economical too) to get the fiance to come live with you in the UK is what was told to you in your other topic. But if "marriage in the UK" is "must do" on the list, then things get complicated and expensive!!

Yeah you are right I'm just trying to figure out if fiancé would be the fastest and quite cheap but I'm wrong anyway thank you for all your help guys. I'm now at eased and had a peace of mind. Thanks a lot.
