Sending Tier2 application please correct anything missing

Dear seniors,
I am sending the following Tier 2 General postal application for myself and 2 dependents (spouse +child 16yrs) on SET(0) and enclosing in the same envelope a sealed envelope comprising of my 3rd 19yr old dependent application on SET(0) form with all his required documents as mentioned below. Please advise or correct me if anything is missing. Am I right to post on 27/07/15 as all our first entry clearance dates in passport were valid from 16/08/10 until 10/08/13 and then extension from 19/6/13 till 24/8/16. We came to UK on 19/9/10 (within 90 day period)

(1 Original set of below + 1 copy set of below)

1. Application Form
2. Passport Photos myself (2), dependent spouse (2) and dependent child (2).
3. Passports (old + new) for myself (1 + 1), dependent spouse (1 + 1) and dependent child (1 + 1).
4. BRP Card for myself (1 ), dependent spouse (1) and dependent child (1)
5. Personal Bank Statements for myself (3 months)
6. Payslips (3 months)
7. Last 5 years P60 for myself (5)
8. Employment letter
9. Absence letter from employer mentioning any leaves taken and days on leave while away from UK.
10. Absence letter from myself detailing days absent from UK with E-Tickets.
11. Original Degree Certificate for myself
12. UK NARIC statement of comparability certificate confirming degree equivalent to UK Bachelor degree for myself.
13. UK NARIC English Language Assessment certificate confirming degree language requirement CEFR C1 or above for myself.
14 Life in the UK test pass certificate for myself
15. Original Degree Certificate for spouse.
16. UK NARIC statement of comparability certificate confirming degree equivalent to UK Bachelor degree for spouse.
17. UK NARIC English Language Assessment certificate confirming degree language requirement CEFR B1 or above for spouse.
18. Life in the UK test pass certificate for spouse.
19. Proof of cohabitition letters for myself and spouse spread over 2 years, total (24) pages
20. Original Marriage certificate (1) with translation (1)
21. Dependent child bank statement (1) for proof of residing address.
22. Dependent child NHS registration letter for proof of residing address.
23. Dependent child birth certificate.
24. Dependent child school attending letter (1) for proof of residing address.

Application for PBS Dependent 19 year old (who resides with parents since arrival in UK):

(1 Original set of below + 1 copy set of below)
1. Application Form
2. Passport Photos (2)
3. Passports (old + new) total (2)
4. BRP Card (1 )
5. Personal Bank Statements (3 months) confirming residing address
6. NHS registration letter for proof of residing address.
7. Life in the UK test pass certificate.
8. English Language Home Office approved test pass certificate (Trinity College London Holborn
SELT Centre) CEFR Level B1.1
9. Birth Certificate
10.Last 3 months bank statement for main Tier 2 G applicant on whom 19 year old dependent on for Sec 5 (5.4) and 12A your finances
11. Letter from PBS Dependent detailing dependency on main Tier 2 General migrant for(Sec 5 (5.4) and 12A your finances)
12. Letter from Main Tier 2 General Migrant detailing dependency for (Sec 5 (5.4) and 12A your finances)
13. UK absence letter with E-Tickets.

Hoping for an earliest reply.

Please advise whether it is right to send application by mail on 27/7/15 ???? and whether all application requirements are ok.

You qualify from 19 July15, so 27 is safe. since your case is sraightforward why not do PEO instead of postal. £1200 is a lot less than 3-4 months of anxiety in my point of view.
