Hi All,
Currently I'm on Tier 2 General visa with Company A which expires on 30-Nov-2015. I was offered a job at Company B and the offer was accepted with a start date of 09-Nov-2015. I have got 2 months of notice period to serve at Company A. My understanding is that if Company B issues a CoS with start date of 09-Nov-2015 and they are able to process my visa/BRP before 09-Sep-2015 I'll be able to serve my 2 month notice with Company A.
My question is -
1. Is it legal to work for Company A to serve 2 month notice from 09-Sep to 09-Nov with my new visa/BRP which was issued with CoS start date of 09-Nov?
2. Which visa covers from 09-Sep to 09-Nov as I saw in some post that the old visa is no longer valid as a new visa is issued? However in my case the CoS start date for new visa is 09-Nov.
