Dont see how i do not qualifyObie wrote:Perhaps you do not qualify for PR but the SSHD believes you continue to qualify for a right of residence
Now i started thinking that the family permit could be the problemrods wrote:Dont see how i do not qualifyObie wrote:Perhaps you do not qualify for PR but the SSHD believes you continue to qualify for a right of residence
Married since june 2009
Got a family permit
Landed in july 2009
Both employed since september 2009
Applied for RC december 2009
Requested passport back for business travel
Got second family permit January 2010 as first fp expired in the middle of the trip
RC issued in June 2010
Application for PR providing evidence from July 2009 till March 2015. Living together, joint bank account, joint mortgage, joint credit card and both of us have not been out of the country for more than 6 months in any given year
I also would expect some sort of explanation from home office why they issued another RC
Fair enough... In my letter to them I asked for a review and provided once again why i believe i qualify for a PR...let's wait (once again)Obie wrote:You have an obligation to present your case in a clear an coherent manner.
If you are unable to do so, the decision maker may be confused and make adverse conclusion.
The burden and onus is on you to present it properly.
If you think they were wrong, you can always seek a review.

PR still waiting.

I think you should definitely hear something this week judging by the timeline of those who received their pr recently.
I am just a day behind you.
Fingers crossed
Do you know why they have issued a second RC and not a PR at that time?zeb77 wrote:hello everyone,KKBA wrote:MRSSOMrsso wrote:Hi all. I can see that the home office has reduced the forms again to 85pages. And its been updated in July 2015. Now i think the paperwork is too much for them too.

Have there is a continuous residence in accordance with the regulation, you should secure PR.zeb77 wrote:hello everyone,KKBA wrote:MRSSOMrsso wrote:Hi all. I sent it all by myself and it was after I submitted it that I found this forum, then I realised I needed to send more documents and then I did after three weeks with a cover letter. Thank you all for posting your timelines and experiences with home office it helped me a lot.
I wish everyone waiting the very best of luck.
