Nobody knows how the cases are dealt with.aragon wrote:Congratulations to all the June applicants who got their results.
Just make me wonder though. How come March and April applicants are still waiting and June applicants have started getting results. Anyone know how the cases are dealt by Home-office?
Most March and April applications have apparently been decided.aragon wrote:Congratulations to all the June applicants who got their results.

Hi Aroca,aroca wrote:UPDATE!!
I received all of my documents today as well as an approval letter!! I wasn't expecting it at all.
I applied on the very first day of June. In fact, I sent my documents to the Home Office on the Friday or Saturday before the 01/06, so I could also be classified as an end of May applicant, I suppose.
The letter says that you need to wait for a separate invitation to attend a citizenship ceremony, and you should get it within 2 weeks in the post, so I'll update when I have more information.

who told you this info? if you look at the spreadsheet end of april applicants are mostly still pending myself included so I'd like to know how you know this info?ukswus wrote:Most March and April applications have apparently been decided.aragon wrote:Congratulations to all the June applicants who got their results.

It's likely that those that have not, are undergoing "further checks" based on past immigration history, or because of other concerns.
Nobody told me anything. Fact: a lot of people in May, and some people in early June, have been approved. Simple logic suggests that people in April/March who have not been approved yet are probably undergoing further checks.olinka0306 wrote:who told you this info? if you look at the spreadsheet end of april applicants are mostly still pending myself included so I'd like to know how you know this info?ukswus wrote:Most March and April applications have apparently been decided.aragon wrote:Congratulations to all the June applicants who got their results.

You have to remember that only about 1% of all applicants are represented on the spreadsheet. We don't really know why some undecided applicants cluster the way they are. It may be because, as you suggested, they are decided in batches by more/less efficient caseworkers. Or it may be a purely random phenomenon. Or perhaps a lot of people simply did not update the spreadsheet even after obtaining their decision. There is simply too little information to claim whether this is fair or not.olinka0306 wrote:
Well the spreadsheet shows that virtually all the people who applied in last week of april and even many from mid april have not been approved so its more likely that they are being done in batches. I think its totally unfair that applicants arent processedin the order they applied but this definitely seems to be the case.
Congratulations! Was it really received by Home Office on the 16/06? Or perhaps on 10/06?dhruvsha wrote:Eligibility Criteria: 5years + 2 years ILR
