MN1 APPLICATION

Hi everyone,
I am filling MN1 form for my son of 5yrs but i am really confused with the application forms. My son was born in the UK before me and my wife got British citizen.I dont know if the section 3 need to be fill.Also my wife she is EEA national before she became British and in the form under section 3.13 need to be fill as the parent of EEA national that exercising treaty rights but i dont know if this section concern us as well. please can someone guild me how to fill the form or which sections is necessary to fill or not.

It is a generic form. That section (3) does not apply in your case.
Simply move on to section 4.
