I HAVE BEEN READING THROUGH MANY THREADS AND GETTING LOT OF INFORMATION WHICH I DIDNT KNEW BEFORE, THANKS EVERYONE FOR SHARING . I NEED TO ASK FEW THING IF SOMEONE CAN SHARE THEIR EXPERIENCE OR KNOWLEDGE.

IM NON EEA NATIONAL MARRIED WITH EEA FOR MORE THAN 3 YEARS, THINGS DIDNT WORKED OUT BETWEEN US AND WE DECIDED TO GET DIVORCED, I UNDERSTAND THAT AFTER DIVORCE I NEED TO APPLY FOR MY ROR ( RETAINED RIGHTS OF RESIDENCE), HOWEVER I NEED MY EX WIFE TREATY RIGHTS EXCERCISE DOCUMENTS WHICH WILL INCLUDE HER PAYSLIPS, BANK STATEMENTS , PROOF OF LIVING TOGETHER ETC.
MY QUESTION IS DO I NEED TO SEND WHOLE DOCUMENTS ( PAYSLIPS, P60S, BANK STATEMENTS ETC)SINCE WE MARRIED OR JUST SINCE DIVORCE INITIATED TILL DEGREE ABSOLUTE GRANTED FOR MY ROR APPLICATION.

If you have them, send them. It will make it easier for you when applying for PR. They may not ask for them again
If you don't have them, just send from divorce initiation..

congrats to you both. Enjoy your new status.
I received a request to submit my biometrics 3rd July and COA on 22nd July.
since my ex is not cooperating I pray all goes well. Marriage lasted 6 yrs, lived in uk 5 years.I have worked since 2011. The last I saw of him exercising treaty rights was through a bank statement to our old address in September 2014. Divorce was finalised in May 2015. I called the company to confirm his employment but couldn't get through. I hope he still is working. I sent numerous emails to request this from him but no response. Does any one has a similar experience?
I already had a home visit before my residence card was issued. Fingers crossed. I will keep you posted.

tbh i dont know what decuments i just sent all documents i got to obie from this forum and he picked what he needs nd send me bk the rest .i was fully assist from obie .

Now I am waiting for absolute certificate
Hopefully I got next week
And ROR sent in September .
EX-wife treaty right evidence
My ex is cooperating and provided me
Only last 6 month payslip photocopy
And 2015 p60 hopefully that's enough for
ROR application

FOR My SIDE BIG MISTAKE

And for non eea must show work
for all time it's law or no
Because I am taxi driver and
self employed I don't have any invoice or
Put don't money in my account

(I sent every year self assessment tax returns I got sa302 as well
accountant letter,
And taxi base letter where I work with base)
For my side that's fine or need more

Biometrics done 15/09/15
COA issued 05/10/2015

Now my ex wants his passport back.

Will this affect my case in any way? Will it take longer due to the fact his passport was returned?

You do not need your ex passport for ROR. if home office have seen passport or id card when you applied for RC then that is suffiecient.

As my lawyer suspected, my application has been refused (18th Nov) based on the lack of evidence my ex was exercising treaty rights at the time of divorce. my lawyer explained that marriage broke down and my ex never replied to any emails and I do not have any contact with my ex and HO should assist to find this information. that was not considered. I have submitted an appeal(hearing date could be 6-9 months) however, i do not know for a fact whether he was working or not between September 2014 and May 2015.

I have tried all means to get hold of him or any pointers to no avail.I know he now has a son with a new lady.How can i get information about where he works? Has anyone heard a similar case?

HI MAXEMELION,congrats on ur RC please what is written on ur ROR?did it state ur stil a family member of EU citizen or what. I had just got Rc for ROR and that's what is written,Pls what did they write on ur residence. Pls
