Just got email from Sheffield refusal...Alhamdulillah they have decided to withdraw the refusal and have sent a letter....what is the next process?? How many days until I get passport back with visa? :)

Confirmation 12th October
MP letter 12th Nov
Appeal deadline- 22 Jan
Email- refusal overturned- 24th Nov

They lost some of my wage statements...so I had to send them...they are so useless!! Lol
Anyone know how long it takes for the letter and visa?
And paying that IHS fee

they will email you to pay IHS fee and will contact your spouse over the phone so make she has email address ready as they will email it otherwise by post it can take up to three days

I did Islamic nikkah in uk when I was on a student visa but couldn't register our marriage in uk and thn came to Pakistan and did nikkah again just to get the marriage registration certificate but the considered it a remarriage and Said my marriage is totally in valid as per Pakistani and Islamic shariah law cause of two nikkahs so I'm on appeal now

Visa was refused on 18th september.

Only today have they contacted me via email and refunded the IHS.

Hmmmm......
