Any Suggestion About FLRM Interview

Hello
I like to ask any body have recently experience about FLR M Application I got marriage in last year. i submit my FLR M application. They invited me for interview with my partner in 16th of November in sheffield they ask me nearly 40 question but they ask me too much question about my English language course. I was confused on that time i send my Pearson PTE certificate. But the interviwer ask me have you done any Toiec ETS test before i didn't lie anything i explained her yes i did but that was already expired. Even i never had any kind of extension on ETS test but i bit wondering still i didn't received any respond from HO. and my question is here how can i request for my Interview Transcript or now is nearly 2 months still HO didn't respond What shall i do
Any body can give me good advice regarding my case.
