Sponsoring parents visa - No Utility bill?

Hi,

Could someone kindly advise me on the below?

Currently I'm on ILR & live in sub-letting, therefore I do not have any utility bill or rental agreement on my name.

To sponsor parents visit visa; is it mandatory to have a sponsor's utility bill or rental agreement? If not are there any alternatives?

I'm planning to get a place once my parents got the visa. I have sufficient bank balance.

Any suggestions?

Assuming they are applying for a visitor visa, they need to provide proof of accommodation. A letter from you/landlord should be included and ideally a tenancy agreement.
