Discretionary Leave and First NationalPassport Need Help

Dear Forum Gurus
if you can please shed some lights
I came to Uk without passport in aug 2002 Apply asylum refused May 2003 all appeal rights exaused
then absonder
2007 applied Human right aplication
in legacy 2011 got first dlr 3years
extended in 2015 got another DLR 3years

now i applied my first national passport

My questions are

Is there any problem on traveling to my Home Country or any other country on way bakck
shall i need to inform Homeoffice and send them copy of my passport before settlement?
when i will applied Settlement on FLR (DL) shall i need to submit my passport?
