Multiple Employers on VAF4a form for wife visa

Hi Guys,

I would really appreciate if anyone helps me..

I am on ILR at the moment. I am working in Security industry and I am recruited by 4 companies under zero hour contract.

To qualify for 18600 I can have multiple ways.

I am working for Company X since 2011 under zero hour contract and normally I get paid around 1000 pounds a month. They ay me on the basis of hourly rate.

Company Y - I have worked with them under hourly rate uptill September and now I am with them as Self employed. on Self employed I have earned around 1000 pounds per month.

Company Z - I am with them on hourly rate and them pay 195 pounds per week EXACT.

QUESTION 1- If I select Category A to say I am non salaried means hourly wage person and select Company X and Company Z then how can I put multiple employers on the Apendix B ???? As their is no space for second employer ????

QUESTION 2 - Can I combine Company Z and Company Y ? AND combine Category A and Category F ?? if I do that then under Category F they are asking about limited company names but I don't have any company I am working as self employed on my own so what should to write ??

I cant use any ONE employer, I have to combine two employers to qualify for 18600. please let me know what do you think and suggest ?
