Another member received her present yesterday and her timeline is as follows:

Payments taken 10.10.15
Bio dated/received 16.10.15 / 19.10.15
CoA 10.11.15
Requested Passports back/returned 26.10.15/04.11.15
Received PR on the 9.10.15.

Hope our own pr comes in soon.

There's a link on this place if you search very well for someone that need their documents back but why can't you wait for your pr to come?

you don't need to start having negative thought .. ok? you still under your 6 months timeline so am sure you might get it this weekend or latest next week and that never mean you will be refused as i think. I applied with my eea partner and we are also still waiting Thought it will be more faster which was why we applied together.

I sent application on 30th Sept HO received 1st Oct. My PR letter arrived on 8th March and the letter dated 4th march. i have seen someone here apply almost a week after me and their PR letter dated 28 feb which is almost a week before mine. The reason that i received it so quick because of HO used my special next day delivery envelop. They sent all my doc and PR letter out on 7th Mar and i received on 8th mar. I think yours is on the way, don't worry

Hi Samoly, I am in the same situation here. I sent my docs on 30th of September and HO received on 1st of October. And until now my PR hasn't arrived. I completely understand your feelings, like left behind while other people that applied after got their PR. I also applied jointly with my partner to speed up the process but it seems not working.
Think positive, it will came for sure, maybe we are just unlucky with the caseworker. But it will came. Next week they are knocking our doors!

I have received the COA but it does not confirm the right to work for my husband as i forgot to send my original job contract and they say that i have not provided enough proof of my working as a sponsor.

they have further said that we shall now receive a decision on the same and the original documents will be send to us along with our passports the same time with the decision letter.
we have still not received the letter and our passports till date please suggest me what to do.

Could you be more specific? Have you already received the decision letter regarding your application? I can see that you applied on the 8th of October. Could you give more details, please?

I also did my application in October and still waiting, now today is excatly 5 months and my ears are so tuned into hearing my doorbell ring hoping it is the postman delivering my parcel. I am terrified to say the least becuase my job is on the firing line and I know that theyv'e got someone waiting and ready to take up my job if I am refused. I just cannot sleeep at nights becuase it is taking up so much energy and causing me sleepless nights. Iv'e got some much committments to fill so my job is very important to me. Am hoping for an answer this coming week.

12/03/2016 passport returned back from HO.

Awaited for 5 months passport and all documents sent by HO without VISA stamped.

my husband had filled a online form by mistake and received all documents back at the end of times please suggest.

If i were you , i would call them and explain to them what happened exactly , and ask them if its better for you to send the doc back or the decision has been taken and no need to send them back..just to feel you are in the safe side .

It's already 5 months for us as well and nothing from HO till date. This is a terrible awaiting game and it's killing human spirit.

Waiting for the pr is one of the biggest challenge in lifetime. Your is decided by someone that you have never seen before. Let just pray the almighty God to impose those to give us the stay. It's not easy to wait. Fingers crossed, everything is in control by the grace of almighty God.

The PR card (biometric format) was sent separately. All the documents including passports that I sent as proof (around 8 KGs in a self-addressed special delivery box) were returned earlier. However, I am just worried about the expiry date on the PR card; it would mean that we may have to go through this pain of applying again.
