As I saw in one of the post, it says "A non-custodial sentenance is only generally a bar for 3 years" does that mean I have to wait for 3 years from when the magistrate court issued the fine in October 2014 or am I okay to apply now? Sorry for the many questions I just need to be sure so I don't end up wasting money and get refused like in 2013.Casa wrote:
