It appears those applications where children have held visas before and have a profile with the home office are processed much quicker, than if the children had no visas / ILR before (so are new to the home office).

HI All
I applied in july 2015 for my daughter under section 3(1) MN1
its been more than 8 months now and have not received anything I called HO they said initial timeline gone and we cant give another timeline now , contacted MP , HO answered him that due to complexity of the case its been delaying I am on ILR and daughter was born in UK while I was on HSMP . Can anyone suggest what should I do now. Thanks
