It is not something you have to do before and have a card before you can apply.

If you apply by post, HO will send her a letter to go to the Post Office to enroll her biometrics. The Post Office charges for this (£19-20)
Ok, I thought if you apply for a FLR(m) by post you had to enrol your details before you sent it. I take it by what you said, that when the HO receives her FLR(m) application they will sent a letter for her to enrol her biometric data?

The advise is the same. Submit whatever you feel will strengthen your application. It it's disregarded so be it, but at least you'll know you haven't left anything out. Try not stress...if FLR(M) is refused, FLR(FP) is usually granted in these circumstances.

Filling out the application form FLR(m). I wondering how to fill in the financial part of the form as me nor my wife are currently not working (recap was terminated last month).

I have been able to earn the required amount in the last 12 months, yet category A asks you to not to fill in if you are not working. Should I simply put the information of my last years earnings in the addition information part?

I am wondering if I should fill it out and put a note saying see addition information, or will that go against me?

Thanks
