Joining HSMP

Hello

My fiancee lives in the UK on a HSMP permit. I am a US Green Card holder living in the US.

How easy is it to join her in the UK based on her HSMP ? We want to get married soon and avoid living apart. That is, can i be easily "added" to her permit ?
