I was working in ABC company for which I was deputed to the US from Oct06 to June30,07 after which I returned to India.On Jan 07,ABC acquired a Big MNC US company say XYZ and hence my payslips in US from Jan 07 to June 07 is stamped using XYZ seal.
Since in India the acquistation is still in progress,For the rest of the payslips from July 07 to Nov 07 my salary slip has the seal of ABC.When I requested my company to seal XYZ in Indian payslips too it was denied.
I joined a new company PQR on Dec 28 07 .Hence I did not receive any payslip from my previous company ABC.Instead I was told that I would receive a final settlement letter(which includes dec month salary+remaining CL/SL encashment) on Feb 08.Also I will receive Salary from my new employer PQR on Jan 31,08.(This salary will include full Jan salary + 2 days(28,31 dec) also) .Now I have following queries
1. Since I will not have payslip for the month of Dec(which will be generated only on Feb) Can I mention in the cover letter that my december salary is the final settlement?
2. Also there will be 2 different seals (though logically it is the same company) in my US and Indian PAyslips.How can I justify in the cover letter for this to the case worker?My previous employer ABC is not ready to help me in any way.
Can any one suggest as what I can do.I do qualify with 80 marks but I am sure My case will confuse the case worker.
