Sample Letter- SAR request to know visa continuity?

Dear Friends,

Can you please tell me, how to make SAR request, to know my VISA continuity to apply for ILR.

Help would be really appreciated.

.Of course, you need to change it as it was heavily tailored to that doctor.

I'm not sure if the address of the Subject Access Bureau was also changed, I can't find confirmation on the new BIA website. You also need to send a cheque of £10 to "The Home Office Acccounting Officer" AFAIR.

i have to say £10 for an SAR from UKBA is quite reasonable. I am yet to request one off them to see what detail it contains off me to what extent
