can I get entry to UK with Family member Residence card

I am sorry if I am asking again and again,
my concerns are following:

1- I don't have ARTICLE 10 residence Card. I have HUNGARIAN family member card (domestic)
2- I don't have FAMILY PERMIT
3- My wife never have exercise treaty rights in UK before.
4- we are travelling through CALAIS EUROTUNNEL by EUROLINES BUS.
5- We are going to claim at border that non eu spouse is accompanying his Eu spouse who is going to uk to find job and to live there (to exercise treaty rights)

We will have
1- our passports
2- Residence permit issued to family member of Hungarian Cit.
3- Marriage certificate
4- A printout of directive 2004/38/ec

any further advise????????????????????????

We have exactly the same problem. I'm together with my husband 4 year and UK still saying we r not real couple. They don't give any visa for him.

Hi every one today I got my decision and I was granted a RESIDENCE CARD FOR FAMILY MEMBER OF HUNGARIAN CITIZEN.

me and my wife want to move to UK.
I dont want to get in waiting situation again by applying Family permit etc. as you know sometime they refuse for no reason.
I have two options:
entry via Dover-Calaise and get EEA DEPENDENT INK STAMP
other is via Ireland as I can travel along with my wife as I don't require any kind of visa to Ireland. and then we can enter UK as this is part of CTA

my question is,
what would me my status in UK if I enter UK without FAMILY PERMIT/EEA DEPENDANT INK STAMP via IREALND.
will it be a problem for my future application in UK

note: in both cases my wife always be with me, I just want to avoid embassies precesses.

i applied first time in Hungary, I got residence permit after on appeal
then I entered Uk via CALAIS and then I applied for residence card here and got it after six months.

I hope under EEA regulation your husband must get RC this time.
yes you can come by bus
get plane from Hungary to Paris Charles de Gualle
from same AIRPORT terminal 3 you can get EUROLINES to London Victoria (or any of your destination)
you must keep following documents with you at borders
original passports + RESIDENCE PERMIT
Original marriage certificate
Hungarian address cards (lakcimkartaya) to prove same address
If you already have a job, you can say your Husband is accompanying to to live with you in UK.

Sorry I'm disturbing u! I'm reading ur posts again and again. I don't see that u got the same problem like we. Uk home office refused us 2 time plus deport my husband. Don't u think that this will be problem on the border?( husband history in uk )

ACCORDING TO EEA LAW
entry can be refuse only on the grounds of :
serious health reasons
threat to public
previous immigration history has no impact

Thank u so much for all ur help! I have now the last question to u! Did u hear anything has change with rules? Because I see u did travel last year. And other people who I find on Internet they from 2014 and 2015. I'm just worried what we r doing on Calais if they don't let us enter the UK.?

well, I was worried as well. to tackle this situation what I did was,
I bought two return tickets
1-Eurolines, London to paris (to show them we have return tickets)
2-Paris to Budapest (in case if we were refused entry we would already have travel arrangement as it cost higher if we buy urgent tickets)

If you visit GOV.UK
there is clearly written
''there is no change in immigration rules as Uk is still member of European union''
I applied on 20 Sep 2016 3 months after the referendum
I got decision on 21 March 2017, 2 days after Article 50 triggered.

I have seen many other posts where people refused from Uk but when they tried from calais they did not have any problem.

so best of luck.
