How long have you lived and worked in Italy?sajidsherin wrote:i have permanent italian worker which is valid for five years can i work on that in any other eu country,,,especially norway,,,can i open any my own business there
You are right- Norway is not an EU country but they have an arrangement with EU which allows EU nationals easier access to the Norwegian labour market.chem1 wrote:As far as I know, Norway is not an EU country. So I think you'd have to jump through all the Norway specific ropes, and not EU ones, to get started there.
Unless of course Norway has some kind of agreement with the EU about workers rights...which it may...but at the same time still manage to keep itself out of the EU. This would be odd, but possible I suppose.
You should like into Directive 2003/109/EC on the Status of third-country nationals who are long-term residents. See http://eumovement.wordpress.com/directive-2003109ec/ I do not know how clearly implemented it is in Italy nor whether Norway is also participating.sajidsherin wrote:i have permanent italian worker which is valid for five years can i work on that in any other eu country,,,especially norway,,,can i open any my own business there
