Submiting new evidence for appeal with the AIT

Post by doobyub » Tue Feb 26, 2008 2:21 pm

I have an appeal which has been lodged with the ECO in ISB/PK. The case has now bneen sent to the AIT for a hearing. Because it has been 3 months since we submitted the appeal the circumstances have changed.

Is it possible to submit new supporting documents for evidence with the AIT to consider during the appeal.

Thanks ALL.
