Hello All,
I am the non-EEA applicant and my partner is the EEA QP(Irish). I applied in(July 2017)through a solicitor via the Unmarried partner route. My partner exercises his treaty rights, has a full time job and we have co-habited and been in a relationship for about 2 years. We submitted most of the required documents . I submitted my biometrics on 15th of September 2017 and luckily I got a long COA(with right to work) on 4th of October 2017. Still awaiting a positive outcome of this application. Does anyone know what next to expect? Does it look successful already given that I got a right to work as an unmarried partner?

Out of interest sake, does it look like the home office is being a bit quicker with these applications as of late?
I see a few cases in the timeline thread that have been wrapped up closer to 3.5 - 4 months which is a great sign

Guys, how do you fill this form?
Bank savings as a financial resource, and then write the amount in either my sponsor/spouse/family?

Hi there. I applied for an EEA EFM unmarried partner. I received my COA with permitted to work. I have checked my application satuts online and it says DECIDED and they I should receive the decision with 10 working days so my question is: Does it mean my application will be granted and they will send me a residence card as I mentioned earlier in my COA I'm permitted to work ? Please if you could help ! I'm stressed . Thanks guys

Anyone know what the general waiting time is for COA after Biometrics have been enrolled?
The lady at the Post Office said 2-3 weeks, but if i can recall someone mentioned upto 6 weeks on this forum before?
Thanks

Well, as an update - my COA arrived exactly one week after I enrolled my bio metrics.
Things seem to be moving quite quickly at the Home Office, so I would assume they have either changed their process, have more staff or have less applications.

We were told that EEA EFM applications must be made via post - how can you check your status online?
Thanks

Ruth, that service was available before when you can track your application. but as of all applications submitted from last December, this is no longer possible unfortunately!
