I think you can find more information about naturalisation on another thread. Generally speaking, you're eligible to apply a year after you've obtained your ILR and having lived 5 continuous years in the UK. However, many people aren't aware of having to meet the "Good character" criteria, this includes ; if you've been in the country illegally at any period during the last 10 years.Taareen365 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 16, 2018 4:32 pmDear Lucky star.
Thank you for smart post.you answered all questions.

As you are applying for ILR based on 6 years DLR, you are exempt from the KoLL requirements.nounou1980 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 10, 2018 5:18 amhi mouss0
can you please tell me what did you put on question of life in uk test . as if we use flr (dl) form we dont need it . but in this form they mention it
knowledge of language and life in the UK (KoLL)Indefinite leave to remain
All those applying for indefinite leave to remain (ILR) under a route which requires
KoLL, must meet both parts of the requirement, unless they are exempt because of
their age or because of a physical or mental condition.
The following categories of people do not need to meet the KoLL requirement:
• victims of domestic violence
• foreign and Commonwealth citizens on discharge from HM Forces (including
Gurkhas)
• highly skilled migrants applying under the terms of the Highly Skilled Migrant
Programme (HSMP) judicial review, and their dependants
• bereaved spouses, civil partners, unmarried partners or same-sex partners of
people present and settled in the UK
• parents, grandparents and other dependent relatives of people present and
settled in the UK, applying under paragraph 317 of the Immigration Rules, even
if they are aged between 18 and 64
• adult dependent relatives, under Appendix FM of the Immigration Rules, even if
they are aged between 18 and 64
• retired persons of independent means
• people applying for ILR as a refugee
• people applying for ILR on the basis of discretionary leave
• people applying for ILR on the basis of humanitarian protection
• people applying for indefinite leave to remain outside the Immigration Rules, for
example under discretionary arrangements such as those for Gurkhas, widows,
overage dependants and orphans

Preferably it would have been better to make your own thread for your questions, hopefully mods will separate this on to your own thread.Mikky99 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 17, 2018 10:54 amThanks Cmosuk,
Very grateful
But one more Question.
The DLR expired June 6.
When should I book for the psc services.
Documents gather together at the moment are
Marriage certificate in UK London
Children British passport
Correspondence letter from church
Bank statement
Letter of employment
UK driving license
And various documents through the post.
Please advice. Thanks again
I posted this earlier on this thread, it should give you somewhat a good idea of what may be required.this is my understanding of what documents maybe required.
NHS Letters
Council Tax Letters
Utility bills / Correspondences (gas, electricity, landline)
Any local council or government letters / correspondences (award letters etc)
Credit Card statements (not online)
Bank statements (not online)
Letters of support
Employer Letters
Wage Slips
Covering letters ( for example, Covering letter for why you are applying for ILR)
Proof of joint address should cover the full qualifying period in the form of 6 pieces of correspondence/bills etc if in joint names or 12 examples if in single names (6 each). These should be from at least 3 difference sources and spread as evenly as possible throughout the 3 year period. 1 (or 2 if in singles names) every 4-5 months is a general guideline.
All documents should be originals and not be printed online ones as they wont be accepted. Also, when showing wage slips (if it applies to you) make sure bank statements are also corresponding with it.
hope this helps...
Thes
You can apply 28 days before or within your qualifying period of 6 years of DLR, in this case as I don't know yiur initial grant of DLR, you would apply 28 days before or within of 6 June 2018.
