14 years overstayers

could someone please confirm this :
overstayers who stay over 14 years are they exempt from the new rules???
can t find nothing on the net if i phone a solicitor he asks first for 500 pounds before talking :(
it seems to me like it is a top secret , no one talks about the 14 years ?????is it still on or it became history now

who ever gave me a clear answer he or she will be in my prayers every day :)and i promise i will send positive thoughts all the time :)

320 (7B) refers to Refusal of entry clearance or leave to enter the United Kingdom. I don't think that it would directly affect the 14-year Long residence applications, as they would be made in-country.

ok someone has read the link about the 14 years long residence application and made me paranoid now: he said the date is 2007 so these laws of 2008 (automatic bans...etc) are applicable even on people with long residence ???/?? :shock: :shock: :shock:
the home office website has 2007 date on it?????
oufffffffffffffffffffffff anyone to clearify pleazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
