GETTING HUSBAND HOME

I THINK I HAVE WORKED THIS SITE OUT O WELL HERE GOES.MY HUSBAND OF SIX YEARS ARRIVED IN BRITIAN IN2000 ON A VISITORS VISA HE APPLIED TO REMAIN AS A STUDENT BUT WAS REFUSED IN 2001.HE THEN APPLIED FOR ASYLUM IN MARCH2002.ON ADVISE FROM A SOLICITOR THIS WAS ALSO REFUSED ON SEP2002.HE LATER WITHDREW FROM THE ASYLUM CLAIM.HE THEN APPLIED FOR FURTHER LEAVE TO REMAIN ON THE BASIS OF MARRAIGE AND WAS AGAIN REFUSED IN MAY2006.AN APPEAL WAS SUBMITED ON THE JUNE 2006ANND TURNED DOWN AGAIN IN JAN 2007.THE ADJUDICATOR BELEIVED WE ARE IN A GENUINE RELATIONSHIP AND INTEND TO LIVE AS HUSBAND AND WIFE BUT DID NOT FIND THAT THERE WERE SUFFICIENT FUNDSTO FINANCIALLY SUPPORT HIM ON HIS RETURN TO THE UK.HE ALSO WORKED HERE PAYING TAX AND NAT INS.THEY SAY HE WAS WORKING ILLEGALY BUT HE HAD A NAT INS NO.IF HE THOUGH HE WAS DOING WRONG HE WOULD HAVED WORKED FOR CASH IN HAND LIKE THOUSANDS OF OTHERS DO.HE HAS GOT PAPERS READY TO TAKE IN TO KINGSTON JAMAICA WHICH HE HAS A JOB OFFER TO COME BACK TO.WE ARE VERY SCARED HE WILL BE REFUSED AGAIN .HE RETURNED BACK IN 2006 AND LIFE AS BEEN VERY LONLEY AND UPSETTINGEVERY DAY.I HAVE BEEN TO SEE HIM TWICE BUT ITS VERY PAINFUL WHEN I HAVE TO RETURN.PLEASWE IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN GIVE ME ANY ADVISE.THANKING YOU GREATLY

Did he return to Jamaica voluntarily or was he removed by immigration?
